Terms of Service

Terms that govern your use of treelabs.co and the roadmap builder.

Last updated June 8, 2026

These terms cover your use of treelabs.co and the tools we offer here, including the roadmap builder at /roadmap. By using the site you agree to them.

If we end up working together on a project, a separate written agreement governs that engagement. These terms cover only the marketing website and the public tools on it.

Who we are

Tree Labs operates treelabs.co. Contact: info@treelabs.co.

What this site is

treelabs.co is our marketing website. It describes what we do, who we are, and what working with us looks like. The roadmap builder lets you describe a project and get a phased plan with non-binding price ranges.

The price ranges are estimates. They are based on patterns from previous engagements and our published rate card. Final pricing for any engagement comes from a written agreement we sign with you — not from the roadmap.

Acceptable use

You can use treelabs.co for normal browsing and to submit information about a project you want help with. You agree not to:

  • Probe, scan, or test the site's security in ways that could disrupt it for others.
  • Submit content that infringes someone else's rights, is unlawful, or is intended to mislead us.
  • Submit malware or attempt to extract data you are not entitled to.
  • Use automated tools to scrape the site at a rate that interferes with normal operation.
  • Use our content to train AI models without our written permission.

We can rate-limit, block, or remove submissions that violate this section.

What you submit

You keep ownership of anything you submit through the contact form or roadmap builder. By submitting, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to read it, store it, process it through the systems described in our Privacy Policy, and use it to respond to you. We do not sell what you submit. We do not use it to train public AI models.

Only submit information you have the right to share. Do not submit personal data about other people unless you have a lawful basis to do so.

Our content

Everything on the site that we created — the copy, the code, the design, the case studies, the blog posts — belongs to Tree Labs or our licensors. You can read it, link to it, and quote it for normal commentary and review. You cannot republish substantial portions, scrape it, or use it to train AI models without our written permission.

The third-party logos shown on the site (clients and project case studies) belong to their respective owners and appear with permission for marketing purposes only.

Third-party services

The site uses third-party services to operate — listed in our Privacy Policy. Outbound links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose. The information published here, including blog posts, case studies, and roadmap output, is for general information and does not constitute professional advice for your specific situation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tree Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we have been advised that such damages might occur.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability arising from these terms is limited to EUR 100 or the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnity

If your use of the site causes a third-party claim against us — for example, because you submitted content you did not have the right to submit — you agree to defend us and cover the reasonable costs of resolving that claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state where Tree Labs is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved by talking will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction. EU consumer-protection law that applies to you regardless of these terms continues to apply.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the site.
