Tree Labs

About

Tree Labs is an AI agent development shop.

We design, build, and operate production AI agents for clients with repeatable, rule-heavy workflows currently handled by humans. Custom builds — no SaaS, no platform, no licensing.

The story

Founded in 2022 as Tree Solutions — a full-stack engineering team out of Ukraine. We shipped client work across SaaS platforms, marketplaces, EV infrastructure, and knowledge tools.

By 2026 the work had bent toward AI agents — voice systems fielding inbound calls, knowledge agents grounded in client documents, workflow agents wired into CRMs and ticketing tools. We renamed to Tree Labs to match what we actually do now.

The model is the same as it was. We build the agent. We integrate it with the tools your team already uses. We stay on it after launch — drift, edge cases, new capabilities — so it keeps earning its place.

The team

Who you’ll work with.

Small senior team. The people on the call are the people building the agent.

  • Sergiy Ziuzko

    Sergiy Ziuzko

    Co-founder, CEO

Co-founded Tree Solutions in 2022 — renamed Tree Labs in 2026. Runs sales, partnerships, and the executive direction across client engagements. The first conversation most prospects have with the team.

  • Mark Skrypka

    Mark Skrypka

    Co-founder, CTO

Co-founded Tree Solutions in 2022 — renamed Tree Labs in 2026. Runs engineering direction and architecture across client builds. Owns technical hiring and the AI-internal tooling that lets the team ship faster than the calendar suggests.

  • Andrew Kazavchinskyy

    Andrew Kazavchinskyy

    COO

Runs project delivery across client engagements — scope, sequencing, and execution from contract through launch. The person who keeps the build on the rails after the engagement is locked.

How we work

Four things we don’t bend on.

  • Engineering culture, not marketing puff

We’re an engineering team. The work reads in code, in deploys, in production logs. We don’t headline what we can’t demonstrate.

  • Plain language for buyers

Operators don’t read architecture diagrams. We describe what the agent does in the words their team already uses — drowning, drafting, escalating, scheduling.

  • Receipts over claims

Numbers and case studies, not adjectives. If we can’t quantify it, we don’t put it on a card. If a client lets us publish the result, we publish the result.

  • Agents that finish

Demos don’t ship. We build agents that survive the second week, the second cohort, the model upgrade, and the edge case nobody asked about.
