Jack

Overview

Jack is an AI agent for home repair. A homeowner texts or calls describing the job; the agent qualifies the work, gives a fixed price, and books a licensed pro — then coordinates scheduling, follow-ups, and payment. It runs the sales conversation on its own, over SMS and live voice, and routes qualified jobs to a pro platform that tracks work orders and payouts.

What we built

• An agent that runs the sales conversation over SMS and live voice, from first message to booked job

• Lead intake from Thumbtack, Yelp, and Angi alongside direct text and call

• Retrieval over a per-home knowledge base (Postgres + pgvector) for context

• A pro platform for work orders and scheduling; Stripe Connect payouts
