Teams upload offering memorandums, rent rolls, and financials; the platform reads them with GPT-4o and pulls the numbers with a citation back to the source page. From there it builds debt schedules, multi-year cash-flow projections, and sensitivity analysis, and exports to Excel with live formulas.
